United States Consumer Terms

Scope and contract formation

These terms apply only to a consumer order accepted by Shenzhen Paian Technology Co., Ltd. Product display and cart submission are invitations to order. A contract forms only when MIRO sends an express order-acceptance or shipment confirmation after verifying price, stock, destination, payment and product eligibility.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, unsupported destination or legal or safety restriction. Any amount captured for a cancelled order will be promptly refunded.

Product selection and safety

Confirm the exact model, target gas, sensor, power, alarm threshold, output, certification and intended installation before ordering. Website availability does not represent approval for every jurisdiction, code or life-safety system. Products must be installed, tested, maintained and replaced as directed by the model instructions and applicable law.

Price, tax, duties and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Checkout will identify product price, shipping and taxes collected by MIRO before an order is submitted. For a permitted cross-border shipment, disclosed customs duties, import taxes, brokerage and clearance charges not collected at checkout are the buyer’s responsibility.

Payment authorization is not acceptance. Chargebacks do not replace the return or warranty process, but nothing in these terms limits rights available under payment-network rules or applicable law.

Shipping and delay

A stated shipment period is an estimate supported by the information available when the order is accepted. If no shipment period is stated, MIRO will apply the time required by applicable US law. If shipment is delayed, MIRO will send any required delay notice, revised date and cancellation/refund option. Risk of loss transfers only as permitted by applicable law.

Returns and defective goods

Change-of-mind returns are not offered except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not affect remedies for goods that arrive damaged, are materially misdescribed, incorrectly supplied, defective or covered by a written warranty. Contact MIRO promptly and preserve the product and packaging; reasonable evidence or inspection may be requested.

Any model-specific written warranty must be presented before sale and controls its stated coverage. No website sentence disclaims or restricts an implied warranty, product-liability duty or other consumer remedy where that exclusion is prohibited.

Liability and disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIRO is not responsible for indirect or consequential commercial loss arising from consumer use. This limitation does not apply to personal injury, fraud, willful misconduct, product liability or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to contact each other for a good-faith resolution. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive a jury trial, waive a class remedy or select a governing law; any such provisions require separate review for the relevant US states.
