For an individual buying outside a trade or profession with delivery in the European Union, the EU Consumer Terms apply, including statutory withdrawal and conformity rights. EU consumer checkout is not activated until destination-specific product, tax, safety and return compliance is complete.
For resale, professional installation, commercial use, wholesale, private-label, OEM or ODM orders, the Global B2B / Wholesale / OEM Terms apply. A quotation, pro forma invoice or signed agreement may add or replace commercial terms.
No website term excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a buyer selects the wrong category, the buyer’s true legal status and applicable mandatory law control.
