MIRO LEGAL CENTER
Shipping Policy
How MIRO processes, calculates and delivers online product orders.
Version: 2026-09-12-v2 · Last updated: September 12, 2026Order processing and transit
The checkout quote identifies the applicable shipping zone and shows estimated handling and transit ranges. Handling starts after payment confirmation and stock verification. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Customized, private-label, wholesale and project orders follow the production and delivery terms stated in the quotation or signed sales agreement.
Shipping zones and unavailable destinations
Core, secondary and remote destinations may have different base, weight and free-shipping rules. State, province or region information is required where it determines remote-area treatment.
If checkout shows no delivery option, we do not accept an online delivery order to that destination. Contact MIRO for a separately reviewed B2B quotation; a quotation is not guaranteed.
Remote areas and surcharges
Remote destinations—including configured islands, territories, Alaska and Hawaii—may have a separate surcharge or may be unavailable. The applicable result is displayed before an order can be submitted.
Oversized, heavy, dangerous-goods and special-document shipments may require manual carrier confirmation.
Free shipping, split parcels and product charges
A free-shipping threshold applies only in zones where it is displayed. Products marked ineligible because of weight, size or shipping profile do not receive threshold-based free shipping.
When an order exceeds the configured single-parcel weight limit, it is split into multiple parcels and the parcel-based charge is added for each parcel. A product-specific shipping surcharge and remote surcharge remain payable even when the standard transport charge is waived.
Import duties and taxes
For B2B and permitted cross-border US consumer orders, product prices and shipping do not include destination customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or clearance charges unless checkout expressly says they are included. The buyer is responsible for disclosed destination charges.
Consumer orders use DAP delivery unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Product prices and website shipping exclude destination-country VAT, import duties, customs-clearance charges, brokerage and carrier collection fees. The customer is the importer of record and pays these charges directly when required. Mandatory consumer rights remain subject to destination-country law. Refusal of a shipment does not remove statutory consumer rights, and any deduction or charge remains subject to applicable law.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information is provided when supported by the selected carrier. Buyers should inspect the shipment promptly and retain the packaging if damage or shortage is suspected.
Delivery delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, incorrect addresses or events outside reasonable control may affect estimated transit times.
Returns and return freight
Return authorization is required before sending goods back. For a verified defect or non-conformity, responsibility for reasonable return freight follows the applicable Terms of Sale and mandatory law.
For an accepted change-of-mind return, the customer normally bears return freight unless mandatory consumer law or the applicable terms require otherwise. Original expedited, remote-area and special-handling charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
